On May 12,
2003 Cathleen Trigg reported on the Wonder Weave by Outre. The idea was
that you get a new weave in less than an hour.
It's supposed to be less expensive and faster. It even contains a step
by step video. She covered a hair competition. Hype Hair magazine was
there.
Cathleen Trigg gave it a shot.
